The frame of the bed provides superior strength. The hand control has a clip so you can be sure to always find it when you need to make adjustment. The sleep surface of bariatric beds are generally 42 inches in width and 80 inches in length although some are wider. A bariatric mattress is required to use with a bariatric bed because of the different dimensions and also for heavier users.
